Grand Harbor Meats was founded in Devils Lake, ND in September 2021. Owner Tanner Elshaug is a first-generation farmer and rancher in the Lake Region and has been raising crops and livestock for a number of years. The storefront opened its doors in April 2022 and is run by Tanner's wife, Niki. We take great pride in having the opportunity to share quality meats within the state of North Dakota and beyond.

GHM raises, sources, and finishes top-quality beef, bison, and pork. The herd is put out to pasture in the spring while we grow silage and cut hay to provide feed all winter. All animals are processed in a USDA-inspected butcher facility where the beef is dry-aged for 14 days before being flash frozen. In addition to having a significant variety of retail cuts available in store, we also offer whole, half, & quarter bulk beef options and can deliver the animal to a processing facility of your choice.
